Location, room, cleanliness, and quiet...

Liked: Very nice room. Very quiet, especially for being right on airport premises. Very convenient.
Disliked: Night staff had trouble getting room keys working. Didn’t matter much to us after he let us in the room since we were getting in so late, but if we had needed to go out, we would have had to get him to let us in the room again.

Disliked: I asked for a cancellation, to both booking and the hotel . but they keep kicking the balls. Booking said they will contact the facility but no response ever since; the hotel said that I need to contact booking for a refund….Eventually no one seems really helping.I understand that getting a cancellation/refund sometimes maybe challenging. but at least they could try to let me know their decision. Kicking the ball around makes a customer feel less respected.
