Disgusting

Liked: The front desk staff was nice and friendly. They need new cleaning staff. My bed had MOLD on it and a weird nasty looking yellow stain, the shower was dirty, the floors weren’t vacuumed or cleaned correctly, the coffee lids were bigger than the coffee cups provided, none of the room trash cans had bags in them, the fridge was dirty, the shower head was dirty too, the room did not have a nice view. I was in a room next to the ice maker and I couldn’t sleep due to the ice machine noise. I took pictures and videos. I’m shock and I couldn’t believe they would receive guest with how the room looked like. I wanted to LOVE this experience but I couldn’t. I was told they couldn’t give me my money back because it’s from a third party but I wish I could get my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they update all their beddings and cleaning staff.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact they charge a 50.00 deposit for incidentals for each night you stay. I stayed two nights and they charged me 100.00. I don't understand why it wasn't just 50.00 like other places I've stayed at

Liked: Pretty clean and cozy. There were little things like our TP holder was broken but the room was really nice and the bed was so comfortable! Pool was small and pool area didn't seem super well kept but we still swam and had a good time. Breakfast was great and room was awesome
