Disappointing

Liked: Check in and check out was simple.
Disliked: Requested additional towels PRIOR to stay and wasn’t accommodated Breakfast was late one of the daysThe staff was overall polite, but hospitable wouldn’t be my adjective of choice. Somewhat dismissive even.

Clean and comfortable facility.

Liked: A big comfy and cozy room. Nice firm mattress
Disliked: Could use a bit brighter lighting in the room. It was rather dark.

Very good

Liked: It was clean, Friendly staff and peaceful environment.
Disliked: In my suite the toilet didn’t work. It had no water in the back of it. I was pouring water in it to make sure it flushes after every use. Luckily it was only a one night trip, so I’m not too upset about it.

Liked: Great property! Awesome staff. Very new and clean.
Disliked: Rates were high, but it was the weekend before Mardi Gras day. Understand, but still didn't like it. Lol
