I was disappointed with the...

Liked: The staff was polite, the facility was clean, the parking was convenient and felt safe, and the breakfast was decent. I liked the hot drink bar that was always available.
Disliked: The room was not comfortable at all. The TV was quite small for the quality level of the hotel and you could not adjust it to watch it from the bed, you could only watch it from the seating area (which was uncomfortable to start with). A second, larger TV could easily have been placed on a wall in front of the beds, or a larger TV that could be swiveled to face the beds could have been placed in the original position. The lighting was not good, especially in regards to its proximity to the mirrors. The only full length mirror was inside the closet and the lighting around it was poor, so for two people to get ready at the same time was difficult. It was certainly the biggest and nicest closet I've ever seen in a hotel, but that space could have been much better utilized. The whole set up of the room, from that odd big closet at the opposite end of the room from the entry door to the bathroom in the middle of the room with a weird sliding door, was just really strange and poorly conceived. It made for a not very comfortable evening getting ready for an event and for afterwards trying to relax in the room. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels with more efficient, well-thought out design, and more comfortable rooms. Also, not having free wifi automatically, but requiring guests to go through a multi-step process to join a rewards program just to use the wifi really bothered me.

Liked: The building was so nice looking.
Disliked: The elevator did not sound good. And I did not like having to pay for parking.

Liked: Facility and suite were clean, comfortable and quiet. Location was nice. safe and easy to get to from I-90. Parking spaces were tight, but covered and secure. All spaces close to the entrance. Adequate luggage transports/carriers were readily available and accessible. Friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate for most with fruit, eggs, three proteins, juices, coffee cereal and breads. I would definitely recommend.
Disliked: Parking spaces were tight especially if surrounded by pick-up trucks or vehicles that straddled a line.

Liked: Very clean,convenient location(easy access off I-90 plus a short walk to multiple shopping and dining options
Disliked: Get RID of crappy syrup- you’re hotel won’t broke serving pure organic maple syrup. It’s a very nice hotel but I get so tired of hotels that are nice using Heinz corn syrup ketchup etc … step it up even if your side the price of each room $1/night to use good food

Not great.

Liked: I like the room and it was clean. The bed and sheets were comfortable.
Disliked: I arrived and my booking was not found. I was not offered a room at the same rate I got online via booking.com. I ended up paying much more because when I called booking.com they never answered. I was tired and it was late. The wifi did not work for me as a guest and I was forced to provide personal information in order to use the wifi. I had a lot of work to do and was delayed because of the wifi issue. The attendant said she would try to get answers via her supervior, but she never called me back. It was a very troublesom experience.
