The room was perfect! We really enjoyed it.
Liked: The big comfy bed.
Disliked: The breakfast didn't have bagels.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Never disappointing - the rooms are super clean and comfortable.
Liked: The friendliness of staff! Amazing customer service.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The desk clerk wasn't friendly. The breakfast wasn't good. We have been to this location 5 times each time I gave you a perfect 10. The morning they had eggs and egg sandwichs. No meat just eggs. Tuesday they had sausage that I didn't think looked fully cooked..

THE place to stay while...
Liked: Excellent experience! Loved the huge room layout. VERY clean. Appreciated the in-room refrigerator and microwave. Large bathroom. Wonderful breakfast. Will stay again.
Disliked: Had problems getting the shower to turn on. Desk response was, "it can be hard to use." But they did go check the room right away to see if it needed to be fixed.

Liked: Excellent location. Great breakfast. Great staff.
Disliked: Room pretty dusty. TV & phone weren’t working. Staff offered to change room, but after traveling, and considering it was later in the evening, that wasn’t an option.

Very accommodating and welcoming.
Liked: Great accomodations. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was ok just limited. Room was a good size and was clean. Wonderful location!
Disliked: Toaster only had one side working so it formed a line. Should have two toasters to accommodate amount of guests. Sofa in room needs updated.

Overall, a pleasant stay with...
Liked: 1. .Everyone I encountered at this place was friendly and eager to help with any questions or concerns.2.The beds were cozy.3.The bathrooms were clean.4.The halls and community spaces were well-maintained.5.The poolside area is small but tidy, with towels provided.6.There’s a fitness area available for use.7.Parking is plentiful on the property.8.There are numerous dining and shopping options within a short driving distance.9.Breakfast was included and offered a variety of options: hard-boiled eggs, flat eggs, bagels and toast, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt with mix-ins like coconut shreds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, raisins, sunflower seeds, granola (nuts), and brown sugar. There was also a make-your-own waffle station, bananas, apples, chocolate milk and regular milk in boxes for kids, and an all-day coffee station.
Disliked: 1.The sofa and throw pillows in my suite were quite dingy. I ended up covering the sofa with a sheet to use it. The throw pillows, which have zippered covers, should be swapped out for each guest as they were noticeably unclean.2.Despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign, cleaning staff entered my room twice, which felt invasive as we had valuables inside. I recommend ensuring these signs are respected to avoid issues for guests and staff.3.Breakfast sausage was served daily, which became repetitive. A rotation of breakfast meats, like bacon or Canadian ham, would be a nice improvement.Despite the cons, our overall experience was pleasant, and we would return. However, we would inform the front desk in advance that we do not want room service during our stay.
