Although the hotel was nice...

Liked: The property was somewhat clean and of driving distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable, even the couch and sofa bed.
Disliked: We had booked ahead of time, but when we showed up to check in, they said they were overbooked, therefore we could not receive our studio suite. We had 6 people total (including elderly individuals) with only a king size bed and a couch. My siblings and I had to sleep on the floor because a king size and a couch would not be enough. When we asked for another room, they said they were too overbooked and could not offer another room. We asked to speak to the manager many times during our stay, but he was never around. The staffs’ story did not line up since one of them stated he was at a doctor’s appointment Saturday morning, then another stated that he went out of town Friday morning. The key card did not work, so we had to wait for a staff member to take us up to our rooms, which was not only inconvenient for us, but also the staff. They claimed to have cleaned our room, but we found trash upon checking in.

Disliked: I arrived there. They did not have my room ready. It was supposed to be on the first floor. They offered me a handicap room which everything is extremely low. I am 6 foot five and my wife is over 6 feet. Then finally, they found me a room on the second floor, which I am petrified of elevators And I have no choice but to walk up to the second floor. They also did not have enough room keys they could only give me one room key to my room a fob of some sort that did not have any room keys. It was completely unacceptable since I arrived at 11 o’clock at night. I was tired and I was hoping for an easy transition into the room. I was told that the front desk due to the inconvenience. I will be getting a discount of 20 some dollars for the night. When I left the next day, my receipt was for the full amount with those no discount whatsoever. I tried all day to call the hotels main number and no one picked up whatsoever. Thank you very much.
