Overall, room was nice and...

Disliked: Check in was at 3pm. When I arrived, shortly after 3, I wasTold my room was not ready and we would get a text when our room was ready. Disappointed, but did not make a big deal. But I never received a text message. So after 3 hours I went back to check on the status. And they said my room had been ready. Which was extremely upsetting.

Liked: This hotel was the best ! Amazing customer service. location was amazing not sure was the front desk workers name was but he recommended us some good restaurants around the area 10/10 would recommend & super clean returning for sure in the future .

Liked: Started with check in with Hussein he was super friendly and accommodating at check in and made it clear they wanted to leave a lasting impression on us which he did! Perfect location, amazing bar and food, room was super clean and great views. My new favorite hotel in downtown.
