Exceptional

Definitely not a 4 stars...

Liked: Check in was efficient and the front desk staff who check us is very professional and friendly. Very short drive (2 miles) to the airport, this is the reason why we chose this hotel.
Disliked: We check in pretty late (11pm), the room unfortunately is dirty, wasted another 20 min to change to another room. Elevator wait time is too long during peak hours. Breakfast quality and selection are poor, no real utensil, only provide single use plastic and plates.
