The Last Stay That Will...

Liked: This was my favorite hotel in San Antonio. I Loved everything about this place, until this last visit.
Disliked: The elevators are always broken, and this time my son was stuck in your elevator for more than thirty minutes and your staff acted like it was no big deal, in fact Iris used to be one of the main reason we kept coming back, but when my son got stuck in the elevator she was un professional, rude, and acted like I was the problem instead of your constantly failing elevators. At least one of your elevators have been out on my last three visits. In May my family stayed with you for 8 days, one was out temporarily, we stayed with you in October and again one of the elevators didn't work, and this last time on December 22, 2024 to the 23, one of your elevators was out again with the other going out while my son was stuck in it. This is unacceptable, even more so, Iris telling me that I'm "stressing her out" while my son was stuck in the elevator broke the final straw. She also felt it necessary to not speak to me for the few hours I was still there. Check out was at 12 but we left around 9:30AM because I didn't want to spend another moment in a place where I was made to feel like I'm the problem because I love my son and expect him to be safe while we are on vacation. I will never return to your hotel because of the continued elevator problems but especially because of how I was treated by Iris. I had booked a week stay with you in May as I have done for the last two years, but it will be canceling the booking. I will find another more accommodating hotel with people who will hopefully treat my family right, even if I have to spend more than I expected to spend with you in 2025!
