Always First choice when staying...

Liked: Very professional staff, super clean hotel. Appreciate the early check-in accommodation from the front counter staff at the time (very welcome ssight to wearly traveller's. Always try to stay at this location when in Salt Lake area. Close to most of my family members and event locations during Reunions.

Disliked: Remote was dead garbage still on floor of room when checked In. Tv kept shutting off. Fridge was warm. Ac wouldn't cool room. Couldn't get anyone to come vacume room my whole stay

Disliked: When I checked out the bill was higher than the Booking.com quote. The hotel agent promised an adjustment at my return visit on 13 September 2024.

Disliked: Overcharge. For an earlier stay (8-9 September) the charge exceeded the Booking.com quote. When I pointed this out I was told an adjustment would be made for my next stay (night of 13 Sep). Actually, a separate booking was made showing that I had two rooms (one from Booking.com and one made by the hotel worker). When I pointed this out but it appears the Booking.com charge is now on my credit card though I paid for the second room prior to leaving the hotel. Double charge?
