I'd like to say a few more words about the staff. The staff provided great service and insured that my stay was as comfortable as possible. They were extremely helpful and overly generous with their time and made me feel special and will taken care of. I look forward to staying again. I hope the staff and this facility gets recognition for the quality service they provide.

Liked: We liked the hot breakfast and the hot tub our room was kinda laid out a little unusual the T.V. in a very odd place. Suggestion for that is to wall mount it to the wall right in front of the bed it would work better. Overall the room was cozy clean and roomy! I'll give the room a 9 overall the hot breakfast a 10 it was good and filling. The outside and cleanliness of the hotel both inside and out side is a 10.
Disliked: The elevator scared me a few times it literally was making weird farting like noises and then it sounded like it was going to break. It was a little slow overall had to wait a long time for the elevator it was annoying. There really wasn't much I didn't like.

Disliked: The sofa bed wasn’t prepared for our 2 kids and we had to prepare it ourselves. We had to therefore ask for 2 pillows and extra towels. Not fun when you arrive at 8.30pm.Pictures showed a quite modern room while it looked old and dusty in reality. Breakfast is very average and generates A LOT of trash as plates, cups and cutlery are carton and plastic. No trash sorting of any kind.
