Disliked: The room was definitely not cleaned properly

Until this location replaces it...

Liked: All of the staff members were pleasant. They appeared to care about their job of making us feel welcome. We appreciated their attitude and their engagement.
Disliked: The facilities did not meet our expectations. The upholstered furniture appeared stained and not well kept. The carpets were filthy. The mattresses need to be replaced. The sheet on our mattress was obviously worn. There was a rip in the sheet that was clearly from age and overuse. The breakfast hours were too brief. There was a time when breakfast hours ended at 10 AM, which is very convenient for travelers. Having the breakfast hours end at 9 AM has meant that we have not been able to take advantage of the "free breakfast."

Liked: Both the staff at the counter and also Jacob at breakfast was very helpful and friendly

Did I say convenient ,...

Liked: Great location close to Expressways. Great amenities very close by. A-1 Staff was great and so was breakfast. Will stay here again next time I'm in town.
Disliked: All good with nothing to dislike

Disliked: Shower was not hott. No real sugar for coffee. Not everyone like the fake sugar
