Very poor

Liked: It was clean and quiet off highway
Disliked: A RUDE LADY CALLED DANIELLE. She was so rude to my 11yr old daughter and myself.

Disliked: Our room was small for a suite. The front area was spacious but the area where the two queens bed were, the pathways were cramped. Only one person at a time could walk to and from the 2 beds and bathroom because of how narrow the room was. I didn’t like that the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom and the sink was a slow drain!The beds were very uncomfortable. They advertise that the beds are queen size but they look more like a full size bed. Two grown adults don’t fit comfortably on the bed. The pillows are terrible. They look full and fluffy but once you lay your head on them, they deflate and become flat as a board. What a joke!!

I would come back

Liked: The staff was always very attentive and professional. The location is great and it seemed to always be safe. Complimentary breakfast was better than other hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: The TV was too old to live stream the Tyson and Paul fight off of Netflix.

Liked: We stayed the weekend and loved the convenience of a full breakfast every morning. There were good options for those of us who are vegetarian and have a lactose intolerance. The hotel was easy to get to and the staff was friendly. Parking was great. The beds were comfortable and the room was a nice size for 5 of us.
Disliked: Everything about the hotel was great.
