Disappointing for wear and cleanliness.

Liked: I walked into the king suite- room 225- and immediately noticed the cough was dirty and worn. The couch pillow was also worn. The comforter on the bed was dirty along the seam.
Disliked: Cleanliness- see above.

Great location. Everything you need.

Liked: Location. Perfect for visiting friend at Mayo Clinic. Walking distance to multiple eateries and a grocery store .Excellent size. Two queen beds, sleeper sofa with full size trundle.
