Very nice visit

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was perfect very near the hospital which is great during a winter storm.
Disliked: There was no fan in the bathroom. Unimpressed with the sleep sofa.

Liked: I liked that the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Didn’t appreciate a walk in tub. I could hear loud foot steps above me and the AC was loud. But the worst part was the bed. There were peaks and valleys and it was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was inedible in my opinion. I would not return.

Liked: I found the room and booked this room on Booking.com
Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel, the staff was great, but Booking.com had booked me and my wife despite that there were no rooms available. Even though, Booking.com website has option to "Call 24/7" it is a falsehood. So, I used the option that was available to request customer service to give me a call, in order to get assistance on the reservation; two days later, I still have not received a call to get assistance. This was the first and last time that I will use Booking.com

Liked: N/A. Closed too early for these senior travelers.
Disliked: Bathroom was not safe for seniors. Bathtub safety bars were not adequately placed and tub floor was slippery. We weren't able to shower fearing falling.
