Liked: Beautiful rooms, spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Price was steep, breakfast was lackluster and didn't have items that said would be offered on the chalkboard, paying for parking is a joke when they have plenty of space and are in the middle of nowhere.

Liked: The staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I loved the bar and food they had there. I really love that this hotel is very quiet. When you're having a family crisis and your in and out of the hospital it is very helpful to be able to get some rest!
Disliked: Two main things that I just hated about my stay. The shower head in the shower was horrible. They need to be replace. Also the pillows are lumpy. If these two issues were address these rooms would be the greatest.

Liked: The proximity of this hotel to Roanoke Memorial Hospital can’t be beat. I stayed here as an employee of the hospital due to an ice storm. The staff was fantastic. Very nice. The room was SPOTLESS. It was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I slept like a baby. The literal ONLY downside was that my suite didn’t have a bathtub so I couldn’t take a bubble bath, but that’s ok. I’d absolutely stay here again and plan to.
Disliked: Parking spaces in the garage (which is awesome that’s available) are a bit small. I about had a panic attack trying to park my SUV in there. But the fact that there is a garage to use in an ice storm was a lifesaver.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was perfect very near the hospital which is great during a winter storm.
Disliked: There was no fan in the bathroom. Unimpressed with the sleep sofa.

Not great

Liked: I liked that the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Didn’t appreciate a walk in tub. I could hear loud foot steps above me and the AC was loud. But the worst part was the bed. There were peaks and valleys and it was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was inedible in my opinion. I would not return.
