Liked: Clean with friendly staff. Good water pressure and the room was amazing
Disliked: The breakfast spread is the same each time, no creativity or variety (same waffles with sugar on them and/or weird quiche like breakfast sandwiches). Just not our style. The rest of the choices are good, just not the main ones

Liked: I liked the place itself and the staff was nice when having to interact with them.
Disliked: I didnt like that I was placed in the room directly behind guest services and where are the staff and customer walking traffic was. It was loud most of the time which made it hard to rest.

Liked: No spa. Never stayed at a SpringHill without one. Our trundle bed sheets were dirty. And it was a trundle not a pull out like the other springhill we’ve stayed at. Mediocre for the price per night.
