Liked: Very professional and kind, courteous staff.
Disliked: Chair was broken at kitchen table. Fell out of it!!!No soap to wash hands over by sink, but had liquid soap in shower.

Liked: Ms Walker, the breakfast area attendant showed everyone SOUTHERN CHARM. She greeted everyone. Asked how was their stay. Said thank you on behalf of MARRIOT. A very classy lady. We need people like her.

Disappointing.. aggravatting and stressful

Disliked: We were booked for a Thursday-Monday.Got a knock on door Sunday at 11 am .. told we had to be out by 12 noon as the hotel was closing for renovations… was never informed of this at booking or checking in.. clerk new we were there until Monday and never said a word.

Liked: It was quiet, the staff was very pleasant and I felt safe.
Disliked: Refrigerator could have been colder and there was no freezer section. Room lighting was a little dull and I thought the hotel could have been a little cleaner

Bug in the bed

Liked: I like that it was close to everything
Disliked: Woke up on Saturday at 4am with a bug in the bed. So one earlier that day and told staff. Since they seem like it was not a big deal to them I decided to check out early. Was supposed to stay until Sunday. Will not stay there again.
