Comfortable

Liked: The bed was so comfortable! It was clean and I like the way the room was set up.
Disliked: They Didnt have my name correct in their system so it was hard to check in. The elevator also seemed to need some work. We also had a group of VERY loud guest next to us all night and could not get ahold of anyone at the front desk.

Disliked: It’s been a month since my stay and there’s still a hold on my card.

Liked: The staff are always friendly and welcoming. This is my favorite place to stay when I Durham. I frequent Durham every few weeks for doctor appointments at Duke University. So this hotel is my go to. It’s always clean.
