High rating isn’t accurate, and...

Liked: Plenty of parking, easy access to the highway.
Disliked: The room wasn’t very well lit, even with all of the lights on. The thermostat didn’t work and the heater/AC unit couldn’t be manually controlled, so we had a cold night. When I called the front desk no one answered. The breakfast food was stale/hard at 8:15.

Superb

Liked: We have stayed at another Springhill location last year and found the accommodations amenable. Excellent breakfast choices. Clean room. with nice bathroom and amenities.
Disliked: Although the beds are firm, the pillows, being feather, fall flat. And the rooms were promoted as sound proof, however we could hear so much noise, especially when kids were running in the halls and repeatedly slamming doors.
