Once again, the facility here...

Liked: Breakfast was good because it had hot oatmeal and a toaster that I could put my gluten free bagel in.
Disliked: The heating system was set up such that the fan blew off and on all night long - keeping me from staying asleep. I spoke with staff about it the next day and she came to my room to check it out and said she would let someone in maintenance know. I appreciated her exacting attention.

Just okay.

Liked: Very nice breakfast, but don't know why they don't make available bread for toast. Also, would be nice if they occasionally changed up the meat instead of sausage every day. The staff was very nice and helpful--which made the stay worthwhile.
Disliked: The web site touts that some rooms have views of the city. I saw three of such rooms and each of their windows were damaged with some degree of condensation between the two window panes, highly obscuring the view. The beds were very uncomfortable due to sagging, causing significant back pain. They are great for just sitting on. Clearly, they are getting quite old. If you are on the West side of the hotel, you will hear the frequent announcement over loudspeaker broadcast by the convenience store right beside the hotel-it is a warning to potential robbers that the store is under surveillance. Even with windows closed, you can hear the announcement, about every 15 minutes.
