Disliked: Sometimes, housekeeping didn't arrive by the end of my workday when I returned to the hotel.I contacted the franchise operator and the General Manager several times and NEVER received a response. This lack of responsiveness aggravated me. The front desk was courteous but disorganized when they couldn't find mail confirmed as delivered a day or two earlier. They finally found it, but it was concerning.

Liked: The breakfast was of poor quality. Cheap meat paddies, one choice of eggs and lots of starch. The staff was very nice. Quiet room.
Disliked: The jets in the whirlpool didn’t work. The public computer didn’t interface with the Internet. Room wasn’t cleaned on the second day even though I was told it would be. There were also little things, like the down button on the second floor elevator stop wouldn’t light.

Horrible. Filthy. Huge disappointment.

Liked: Dirty. They didn’t even give us any towels!!! No towels at a hotel??!!! Front desk was nice but our first room was so filthy and smelly we had to change it. Second room at least sheets were clean and it had been vacuumed. No towels though. Even after we requested them. Although, those were probably filthy as well. Insane. What is going on with the hotel world post covid?? Will never use this chain again. Filthy.

Liked: When the AC worked, it worked well. The room was spacious enough, and had mostly everything we needed.
Disliked: First room didn't have a working AC, had to get a new room. While in the new room, the main light in front of the bathroom stopped working and was never replaced in our two weeks stay

Disliked: The rude disrespectful no compassionate rude lady at night. I didn't get a key card because there key machine didn't work and I had to be let in I asked questions about my bill and she made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Very unprofessional

Liked: Overall very good experience, we would stay there again. Front desk was helpful.
Disliked: The room was very nice. The mattress was not. Remember, folks come there to SLEEP. Personally, I don't like a firm mattress. My wife & I are older. We try to stay in better hotels because they have better mattresses.

Liked: Lobby area and breakfast were both nice.The lobby staff were all very pleasant
Disliked: Our bathroom sink was clogged and had to wait until til the next day to have it fixed. There wasn’t a full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and we only had two bath towels.The sink/vanity area was very dark. There was no overhead light, only a backlit mirror over the sink which made the area very dark.There was a wooden tray on the sofa which was all stained and looked dirty.
