Disliked: Continental breakfast started too late for the team to get a warm breakfast and they were not able to accomodate starting 15 minutes earlier. Bed pillows were awful.

Disliked: We checked in on Thursday. I used the contactless check in. i got my room number (119) and the notes on the hotel said that the rooms were cleaned every other day and if you want to change that just let them know. When we got back to the room after the second day we had no room cleaning. I went to the front desk and asked why they stated that i had not given them any instructions on room cleaning. I informed them that i did the contactless check in. All they did was say oh well sorry.Then on the last night the fire alarm went off at 3am. The off no explanation for this. I got up and heard a lot of people from the lobby area. So went to the lobby. There was a party going on in the lobby area. The person behind the counter had no explanation for the fire alarm but just said there was no fire. After this i could not go to sleep so we got ready and left.

Great place except breakfast.

Liked: Location, facilities, cookies, staff friendly
Disliked: Shower had no bath mat - slippery. Asked and got one. Breakfast was very bad. Scrambled eggs were cold and bad. Bacon was same. Tables were not clean. Chandler was very dusty! $7 /day parking fee was surprise upon arrival.

Liked: rooms (2) were great (and adjacent) = quiet + dark to sleep + spacious + clean + microwave + refrigerator + near ice machine + near exit door and handicap parking + frindly staff + free breakfast + near whiskey row downtown
Disliked: we paid for parking ($7) per day per room (= two rooms) but we had only one car !
