Exceptional

Great place if your looking...

Liked: The location, swimming pool, workout area, and breakfast I also felt this is a great place for families my kids really enjoyed the pool
Disliked: I had a hard time finding lights in the room, and no one could help me because there was only one person on site. There was no TV remote, I was able to go to the front desk to get a replacement but it would have been nice if at least two people worked at night so someone could help with assisting with the little things. One more thing, i do understand that some places ask for a credit card to put on file for just in case but to tell me that because I'm a local my deposit will be higher i had no understanding and it took two weeks for the deposit to be released

Liked: Needs a remodel, badly. The whole place seems run down. I always stay at Springhills, and this was the worst one. The staff was awesome and soo nice!

Disliked: Not very clean. Got horrible bug bites on my ankle that lasted a week. Noisy heater

I will avoid this hotel...

Liked: The proximity of the SpringHill Suites to our events was the primary reason for staying here. We were able to use the small refrigerator to store our food and beverages. The bed was reasonably comfortable.
Disliked: The lighting in our room was woefully inadequate which made it very difficult to get ready for our event. The other major issue is that with the exception of the dining staff, many of the front desk and cleaners seemed unprofessional. When our second room keys were obtained our children entered a room that had not been cleaned yet, and was in fact quite dirty.
