Bad stay

Disliked: Ac quit working after 1 day. Toilet would occasionally refill for no reason.Staff gave me the wrong answer about maintenance when asked. Changed rooms and the grap between the door and jam was ridiculous. I could see light through it all night. Asked booking.com to change my reservation so I could leave a day early. They said they would send a message to hotel. I never received a response from the hotel so when I left the kid working the desk said I needed 48 hour notice in order to not be charged. Well the email was sent 48 hours in advance but the hotel did not respond. So I paid for a night that I wasn't there. Just a bad experience overall. I will never stay there again.

Disliked: The toilet did not flush completely. I think there’s something wrong with the toilets.

Liked: Good breakfast, nice room, good staff..some we very attentive and receptive.Happy New Year stay was good!
Disliked: I was locked out of my room, had the key but it wouldn't open staff was good about getting to it but still couldn't open it I went the pool, for about 1 hour, didn't get a call but checked back and finally it opened

Port St. Lucie stay

Liked: The hotel was close to all the places we wanted to visit. Room was close to the parking lot. Nice room price, no security deposit for damages.
Disliked: I did see a small bug at night by the kitchen sink.
