Disliked: Our TV didn't work the first night and we didn't have hot water our last night.

Disliked: Filed a complaint, only purpose was to take my grandchildren swimming! Card repeatedly before stay checking on the pool checking on the hot tub.After checking went to see the hot tub was working yes went upstairs returned down to hot tub an hour and a half later and they shut the whole thing down Let us walk right past them in our swimsuits when they knew they put the sign that said the whole area was closed

Disliked: when we got there we had to pay an extra 165.00 dollars for the 6 rooms ,, on top of our payment we had made with booking .com that was not a good experience ,, booking .com said they would reimburse me for that 165.00 dollars but they have not yet ,.
