We arrived at the hotel...

Liked: The cleanliness and friendly staff.

relatively quiet and relaxing

Liked: The staff, breakfast and location
Disliked: While everything else was fantastic the room needs a makeover. The carpet and the little divider seemed old and not appealing.

Excellent value considering Harmarville one...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was good. Very nice accomodations. Very clean
Disliked: Property was sold out that night. One elevator doesn't get it.

Pleasant

Liked: Beautiful hotel, nice and clean and spacious room, nice pool, free breakfast and 95% of the staff was nice.
Disliked: Lady at front desk when checking in was trying to charge me for my room when it was already paid ahead of time. Had me searching thru my emails to prove it and then she all of a sudden noticed it was paid. Handed me keys went to our floor and couldn't get in the room...she forgot to activate them. Ugh. Then after going back down..a different person was nice and helpful. But when we returned after being out. The key didn't work again. Had to go back down again. Also big picture in living room is cracked and looks like could fall down on you.

It was just ok for...

Disliked: Breakfast was very average
