Staff was great. The stay...

Liked: The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room had no hot water. They were having trouble with the boilers.

Facilities 9/10, charging deposit and...

Liked: My stay at the hotel went by without any issues. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were helpful. The breakfast was acceptable. I liked almost everything about my stay - 9/10
Disliked: The part I find unacceptable is that guests are charged a deposit about which they are not explicitly informed. Booking.com page does not reflect that, it is not mentioned in the fine print part. In my case the deposit was higher than the price I had to pay for the stay. It also takes 7 working days to get the deposit back. While this might be a common practice in the US, it is not elsewhere. 1/10
