Poor

Liked: Parking is a big hassle. Also room has sliding door for bathroom and toilets that don't lock. No amenities in the bathroom like lotion. Staff less than cordial to almost rude when asked questions.

Great location

Liked: Great location, but the front desk staff could have been friendlier… Not all of them but some

I would stay here again...

Liked: I loved the location. I was visiting my daughter at Pitt and she was only 5 minutes away. There were plenty of shops and places to eat nearby.
Disliked: I was hoping for the price it would have been a little nicer than it was. Both nights we were woken at 2:30 am by kids/ people running and yelling in the hallways. The little girl in the room next to us cried all night and we could hear her. The room wasn’t as clean as I hoped it would be. It wasn’t terrible just things my trained eye noticed, along with stains on the sheets and comforter.
