Perfect place to stay with...

Liked: Loved the location, breakfast, and ability to bring our pet.
Disliked: Some of the hallway carpets could be updated and the food in the lobby restocked for guests.

Liked: Staff worked hard to correct some problems encountered this trip. They were 👍
Disliked: AC was out in two rooms. Had to move three times. No discount was offered. I didn't know if you don't book direct they won't offer discount.

Would stay there again.

Disliked: No walk in shower at this location like we had at another Spring Hill location.

Disliked: In regards to breakfast, I was not very happy with this part. I much appreciated having this option, but it felt that they were nickel and diming. Even though breakfast was supposed to go into 9:30 am if you got there 15min prior or 20min staff was not refilling it, even though they said: "I will be back" 20-30min later no one. Let me add that it was a very cold day and extremely busy in this area so everyone wanted to eat in.
