Very good

Liked: One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time. I enjoy when there are other hot food options that aren't just the Waffle maker. I also appreciate the variety of spreads and toppings that make it easier to customize.
Disliked: The fitted sheet provided for the sofa bed didn't really fit around the cushions, it was too small.

Disliked: The "snacks" near the front were half out and barely any drinks for purchase. The room was just ok. There was a dirty bar of soap in the shower, the shower gel was empty, not enough toilet paper, the housekeeping went in even though we said we didn't need it. It was nice for restock of towels but they didn't refill the toilet paper or the empty shower gel bottle on the counter and they didn't make the beds. If they went in to "turn down" the eoom why didn't they do ALL the turn down services and not just drop off towels? Also the end table was messed up too when we got back and that was not our doing

Disliked: Breakfast minimal at best. Ran out of plates 2 days out of the 4 that we were there. Tv didn’t work properly. Told front desk twice. No action taken either time. Requested maid service everyday at check in received it once in 4 days. Stay anywhere else!

Superb

Liked: Most of the staff was awesome...lots of smiles, very accomodating, they cared about our comfort...Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The in-room phone didn't work and the wifi was not available, but a very pleasant young man was promptly sent to our room and did all that he could to remedy the issues..
Disliked: Was very disappointed with breakfast and the staff member who was in charge of it...eggs were cold, dry and hard, one day no OJ, next day no yogurt, no plates, and both days there was no coffee at 630 when bkfst was supposed to be served..that was a huge turn-off...we won't stay there again...it's unfortunate that one person's bad attitude can ruin things for everyone else..u should replace her with someone who cares...

Liked: Location was very convenient to most everything we needed for our purpose out in the immediate area.
Disliked: AC would shut off on us for an extended time in the middle of the night & would not turn back on, therefore leaving you sleeping in heat & very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was not available unless you request this however this is not disclosed to you at the time of check in. Front desk receptionist will not assist with accommodations for cleaning your room later in the day as their cleaning staff is gone so your left with your room as is.
