Great affordable place with large suite rooms. Very friendly staff.

Liked: Friendly, clean and quiet hotel. Bed very comfortable.
Disliked: First night shower water only room temperature at best. The next morning it was good and hot.

Liked: The room was nice and clean. It was large and the bed was so comfortable. The water was nice and hot. The couch was comfortable. The TV was nice. The room was nice and cool. The staff at check in was very nice and patient. She asked me how I was doing and how my trip was coming in to town. She made sure I was properly checked in and that I was accomodated with the best service possible.
Disliked: The construction that was happening at the hotel. That fact that breakfast was next store at the Residence Inn.

Liked: Great location for the arena in Glendale. Room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Buffet breakfast was very good, loads of choice
Disliked: Shower toiletries were great but would have been nice to have a body lotion or similar
