Liked: Breakfast was great. So glad this time we didn't smell Marijuana inside the building as we did on first level near the elevators in previous visits. That is why we went elsewhere. At least some was outside the building this time.
Disliked: I do get annoyed when someone lights up a cigarette in a room above or near us. I have serious lung issues and it is hard to breathe even though the smell is not too heavy.

Disliked: First room was trashed, dirty laundry everywhere, beds not made, smelled bad. Got moved to new room TV didn't work, I asked for help, guy said he would send someone to fix it. Never did. Toilet seat was very loose and slid sideways pinching my leg, it hurt and left a nasty bruise. Front desk guy complained about having to put a new profile in for me and told me it would take a long time. I said I could go elsewhere if it was a problem. He said no, asked for my last name and zip code, found my son's info and talked in on there instead of making me a new account (weird and lazy, but I'm cool with my son getting bonus points or credit) and strangely enough, the guest in the room above me, the shower had this really lid whistle sound at 4am. It was so loud I thought the fire alarm was going off. The furniture is in poor shape, scratches, uncared for, when I tried to get the TV working I pulled out the TV stand to make sure all cords were connected and it was a mess back there with crumbs , bugs, dust bunnies. Breakfast lady was rude and some girl was helping the breakfast lady with coffee but she was bitching on her phone really loudly to someone. Try to be professional?! I've been staying elsewhere since then. Hampton inn is way better than it looks. Clean rooms, excellent service, fresh breakfast.
