Liked: This is a shared responsibility for both the property and booking. You have to close the gap between who takes responsibility when a change is required. Schedules change minute by minute, and both the property and booking are placing responsibility on each other. I paid booking.com, and you tell me the property needs to make the change, and the property claims booking needs to make the change. Leaving me, the person paying, to fend for myself. This was a horrible experience!
