Disliked: The breakfast crew are perhaps a little too grumpy every morning. Greeting them when you see them gets no response.

Disliked: I asked for a refund 2 weeks out and they completely ignored the request. Also, when I called they kept putting me in hold. I will never stay at a Springhill Suite by Marriott ever again

Solid value for money, need...

Liked: Convenient location, basic breakfast, basic gym, clean
Disliked: No restaurants close by and no options for dinner at hotel

Liked: Your establishment is very pretty! Your staff was accommodating and friendly!
Disliked: I didn't like the trash can full of water that was dropping from the ceiling.

Liked: The staff was terrific! Helpful, unfailingly pleasant and efficient.
Disliked: The shower had no grabrails, a significant failing. The door to the wardrobe had a broken hinge, rendering it difficult to close. I worried that it might fall off!There's no on-site restaurant, and the snacks at the lobby are ridiculously over priced.
