Passable

Liked: Great room but the pull out bed was very complicated.
Disliked: I paid for it online but they said I didn't. I believed them and I paid again. I contacted them and they refunded me but I still haven't received the refund.

Liked: The staff was amazing. The whole place was clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was one of the nicest I have ever stayed at. I would rate this as a 5 star hotel.I felt comfortable and happy with everything.
