Liked: The location was great. Breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly and accommodating
Disliked: I had two rooms and was not made aware that I had to have another adult check in for one of the rooms. The staff understood and allowed me to check in both rooms. So the issue was resolved with no problem at all.

Disliked: For a hotel so big I found the indoor pool a little small. There were three families there and it was totally crowded.

Liked: Our rooms were so convenient because they were on the 1st floor and we didn't have to take the elevator with my grandson's stroller. Plus we were close to the breakfast area which was GREAT! We walked to Sesame Place so it's the BEST location ever!!! Melissa (front desk) was AMAZING!! Such a great attitude, helpful and such a pleasure to talk to!!! We need more people like Melissa!!

The night before Sesame

Liked: 5 minutes walk to Sesame Place and you can leave your car in the hotel parking lot at no extra charge!
Disliked: Pool area could use some maintenance…
