Olkay.

Liked: The facility look nice and clean and the staff was professional, friendly and made us feel well. "With the exception of the maintenance man"!
Disliked: The shower head completely fell off the tile wall while my grandson was trying to take a shower! OlkIt didn't break and/or leave a whole in the wall 2 large pieces fell out perfectly like it wasn't connected at all. My grandsons leg was bruised and cut ` he's 8 and was afraid that he would miss the Blue Angels show. We encountered the maintenance man and he smelled bad and he plastered himself against the wall like we wanted to touch him and stuff his nasty runny noise up in the air! We were insulted ~ the staff was clean, professional and went "above and beyond" to assist us. "with the exception of the maintenance person that we did not want anywhere near us or our grandkids.

Over all employees were very...

Liked: Breakfast had good options and choices, coffee was fresh and juice was cold….I really likes the ladies at the front desk. She saw my neck was hurting and showed compassion and empathy and told me where a Walgreens was close by……
Disliked: The bed mattress in room 116 is warn out !! After the very first night my neck had horrible pain down to middle of my back…. I haven’t ever experienced anything like it. I was just fine before I went to bed. Next night it got worse….. I think they just need to replace the warm out mattress.
