Pleasant

Liked: We chose this hotel for the location. We had a clean room, the bed was pretty comfortable.
Disliked: The ac did not go below 75, which in the winter isn’t terrible, however they said the fan stays on constantly, but it did not. We went and purchased a fan the 2nd night and it was much more bearable. But for the ac, we won’t stay here again.

If i go to Palm...

Liked: I like the hotel is clean, staff was nice, and room was clean . I enjoy that the pool was heated and able to enjoy at 9:00am after we had breakfast. Also the location was perfect, we were planning to stay in palm springs at first, but this place at Palms Desert was a good price and good rating , so decided to give it a try. By the photos I thought it was apart from the main area but to my surprise there are stores restaurants and walking distance to Walmart, Target and even the mall.
Disliked: No complaints. I brought my kids and they enjoyed too.

Disliked: Toilet height was low.

Check your bed for hair...

Liked: The location close to casino
Disliked: The pubic hairs we found in the bed when we under the blankets and the very low water pressure and another room that they moved us to so we had to go back and forth three times just to be comfortable
