Hotel room with ZERO SERVICE...

Liked: I had a horrible experience. The room was very cozy and clean BUT...the AC broke the first night I traveled across the country--I was already on no sleep. I was so looking-forward to a great night sleep because I had an important work even the next day after traveling 15 hours. I was up the ENTIRE NIGHT EVERY HOUR having to manually turn on the AC as the room was 80+degrees (25+) and so hot. The AC would not work. Physically getting up every hour led to a horrible night sleep when that is all I was looking-forward to. When I shared this info with staff they were apologetic and fixed the issue the next day, only for it to happen 2 nights later. When I asked for a refund of ONE night compensated of my 4 night stay, the manager refused. Offering me only 30% off plus a few thousand Marriott points (I will not stay at another Marriott after this as they have gone downhill post Covid). Seven phone calls later and about 8 emails, the manager never spoke to me by phone ever, and never compensated my first night stay after all I went though. Nice rooms but HORRIBLE service and NO support for clients. It is basically a hotel room with zero service. If you have aproblem you are on your own 100%. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND as there are a thousand other places to stay for the same price, with SERVICE. And to think when it was their error and they would not even offer me one night compensated when the problem happened 2 our of 4 nights of my stay? No. Please avoid a hotel like this where they try to wear you out (manager tried to give me the run around and wear me out) to give up rather than take care of the customer. Manager Raj did NOTHING to help the situation whatsoever. Poor service and would never recommend.
