Very good

Liked: Everything was nice. The staff were nice. The room was big and spacious. I liked the large closet. The pool was nice and not super crowded.
Disliked: The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom door didn’t lock.

Won’t be back…

Liked: We only had coffee but the breakfast looked fine.
Disliked: The staff was not very friendly or helpful. Also we were quoted a $249 room rate but were charged $270. The front desk said the overcharge was for ‘incidentals’.

Overpriced to be cleaning my...

Liked: I enjoyed the atmosphere of the property. It was very family friendly
Disliked: My room smelled very old and stale and my toilet was dirty but they left some wet wipes and I had Clorox wipes to wipe it down myself.

Uncomfy bed but the rest...

Liked: The breakfast was okay. It's very basic, nothing great. The room was nice because it had an additional couch and desk area in a separate part of the room.
Disliked: The bed was SO hard and uncomfortable.

The hotel is managed well,...

Liked: Cleanliness and quiet
Disliked: There were crumbs on the sofa when I got there. Not a big deal-probably a child eating a granola bar.
