Disliked: Had an odor issue, that was not rectified or no offer of credit.

Last time I ever stay...

Liked: Not very much facility was terribly rundown and needed money. Spent on room updates. I had a torn shower curtain when I arrived and they told me they would replace it as soon as they got a new one and for four days I had to mop up the floor for all the water came out of the tub shower. Everything needed to be redone for the prices you charge this place should have been a lot nicer
Disliked: Every time I walk in that lobby, I got the evil eye from the staff. Was supposed to have Continental breakfast every day, but only had waffles until the day that traveling team came in and then they had the full breakfast set up not very hospitable for guests that paid more and got less

A huracan nightmare at springhill...

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: Its was dusty,i went there for the huracan milton and when i left by mistake i left some grocerys behind like $120 worth in stuff and when i called they told me they put everything in the garbage! I called the very next day! I was upset! Plus if you check the rooms check the fans they are nasty dusty! The shampoo conditioner wasnt full! To be honest very bad experience! It is like that always? I stood there with my wife carmen cortes ([email protected]) what can you guys do to make us happy?
