Overall good, appreciated the front...

Liked: Great location very convenient to SeaWorld and local eateries.
Disliked: The smell, the rooms and hotel smelled unpleasantly musky. I had to use an air freshener in my room.

Never again!!

Disliked: Showers were iced cold in the morning no hot water, felt in danger with a family that was living at the hotel had a pitbull and cops came 4 times kids were in danger

Liked: The room was spacious
Disliked: The tv remote didn’t work, the bed was really uncomfortable, there was a broken door outside our room so it was being slammed very loudly all night long.

It was comfortable and clean.

Liked: The location was excellent, it was at the center of so many attractions. The breakfast was delicious and a great variety.
Disliked: The pool was shared with the hotel next door. Apparently the rooms over there were less expensive and attracted a horrible crowd. The pool was not kept clean throughout the day. The trees near the pool dropped leaves and debris in the pool and was gross. The staff needs to periodically clean the pool.
