Disliked: Located far from the Disney and universal parks and shuttle services are too late in the morning, so you have to take a taxi.Some staff members were very uncooperative. They told us they’ll charge us for keeping any couriers that came for us while we’re away during the day. They also would not agree to hold our luggage while we checked out for a couple of days and re checked in at the same hotel later. Surprisingly another staff member agreed to keep the luggage for us. So the hotel policy does allow for the same. Same thing happened for the couriers.Breakfast is very very basic.

Liked: my colleagues room was not cleaned for 4 days and was above a hotel speaker continuesley playing music throughout the night keeping him awake
