I’ve stayed at 4 properties...

Liked: Loved the location to where we had to go as we were picking up our daughter now that the Disney College Program ended. We loved how clean it was as we walked into the lobby, the hotel and the room. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Abi. Love the fitness room, warm pool and that Abi went out of her way to provide my husband with a request she could have just blown off.
Disliked: The pull out couch had a few stain marks on it, but they provided us with sheets we could put over it. My husband even asked for new blanket and they didn’t hesitate to give him one. The hot breakfast options could use a little more variety but it was ok nonetheless.

Not the best experience by...

Liked: The staff is super cordial, and the hotel is very spacious. The localization is also a great differentiation.
Disliked: The room lacked cleanliness, the carpet had an unpleasant odor, and the breakfast options could have included healthier choices.

Liked: Complimary Breakfast with hotel stay.
Disliked: Paying for parking may want me to look at other location in Orlando.

Liked: The pool and hot tub are really nice. The included breakfast was the best part though.
