Disliked: Hot tub was not heated and the staff member did not know if it would heat and would have to call an engineer to take a look at it and the engineer lived far from hotel. Breakfast was sub par.

Liked: I loved the location and the Gentlemen working the front desk.
Disliked: I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. While the elevator and hallway were a bit dirty—probably due to everyday use—the biggest issue was that I found bugs in the bed. I can't definitively say they were bedbugs, as I'm not an expert, but they were bugs. To make matters worse, the general manager of the property accused me of lying and claimed the photos I took weren't from her hotel. I'm not sure if it was taken into consideration that when you check for bed bugs you do it with very minimal lighting, so the sheets do seem to be a yellowish color due to the flash of my phone. I pulled back the sheets, the bed protector, and liner all the way down to the zippered mattress protector. I don’t understand what she thinks I had to gain from this. After a fourteen-hour flight followed by a lengthy layover, I arrived at her hotel at 8 PM and wasn’t able to find another accommodation until 11 PM, which was thirty minutes out of my way. So again, I don’t see how lying about this would be beneficial for me. The only thing I was asking for was a refund on my stay after only being in the room for a few minutes.
