Liked: I loved the location and the Gentlemen working the front desk.
Disliked: I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. While the elevator and hallway were a bit dirty—probably due to everyday use—the biggest issue was that I found bugs in the bed. I can't definitively say they were bedbugs, as I'm not an expert, but they were bugs. To make matters worse, the general manager of the property accused me of lying and claimed the photos I took weren't from her hotel. I'm not sure if it was taken into consideration that when you check for bed bugs you do it with very minimal lighting, so the sheets do seem to be a yellowish color due to the flash of my phone. I pulled back the sheets, the bed protector, and liner all the way down to the zippered mattress protector. I don’t understand what she thinks I had to gain from this. After a fourteen-hour flight followed by a lengthy layover, I arrived at her hotel at 8 PM and wasn’t able to find another accommodation until 11 PM, which was thirty minutes out of my way. So again, I don’t see how lying about this would be beneficial for me. The only thing I was asking for was a refund on my stay after only being in the room for a few minutes.

Sucked. Lost power more then...

Liked: The only hotel in town that lost power. Wouldn’t let us cancel the trip. No generator. No breakfast or pool cause the power was out. I understand there was a hurricane. That’s why I got a hotel so I can hold have power. Lost a whole months supply of insulin do to the loss of power. And they couldn’t even offer me a free night or half off or nothing. Wouldn’t even attempt to do anything. Hell wouldn’t even let me cancel and leave said they would still have to charge me.
Disliked: I hated the customer service. Totally ignored all of my questions and would t help at all
