Liked: The size and cleanliness of the room
Disliked: The fire alarm malfunctioned causing it to go off intermittently for most of the night. Once it was silenced in the room it could still be heard outside of the room for the rest of the night. Making it impossible to get a good night's rest.

Disliked: Went to check out on Friday found both elevators were not working. We were staying on second floor, my wife is handicapped and has walked. Attempted to call front desk using house phone discovered it was not working. Called front desk on cell phone and was told no timetable to fix elevators. Ask desk clerk how I was supposed to get down since my wife has extreme difficulty walking and managing stairs. Clerk said for me to use stairs. Told him my wife was handicapped and was told to use stairs. My wife was finally able to get down stairs, I had to hand carry luggage and walker. We were unable to eat breakfast because we had to get the airport shuttle. Very disappointed hotel did not have a contingency plan for handicapped people to get down stairs. Clad she was using a walker instead of wheelchair. Have to seriously reconsider staying a SpringHill suites. Stayed at springhill suites in Denver with excellent stay. Just a side note if she had fallen it would probably been the hotels liability.
