Liked: We had reservations on March 30To March 31. We arrived at the hotel and were told by the lady from the front desk that they were fully booked. I gave them my booking number that the assistant General Manager, Annabelle Rojas, sent as a confirmation. She told us they had no rooms and asked us to leave. It was close to midnight and there were multiple employees on the first floor that were very loud and apparently having a party

Incredibly dirty room, and generally...

Liked: The room was incredibly unclean...the couch had so many unknown stains on it we didn't dare sit on it, or even put our belongings on it. There were dried food stains on the desktop, the nightstands, and even on the phone and remote control. Our 11 yr old son was traveling with us, and has severe food allergies, so it was very concerning that surfaces had not been adequately cleaned, putting him at risk of a potential exposure triggering an allergic reaction. I did take photos of these examples and can provide upon request.The furniture and fixtures of the room were also older and rundown. A disappointing stay, and will definitely not stay there again.
