Liked: Staff was amazing all the way around, from front desk to the breakfast staff. I slept so well that I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, which was worth it :)

Liked: “I had a great experience with this property. It was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.
Disliked: The property was clean, which I appreciated, but my overall experience was disappointing. The customer service was poor, and I encountered hidden fees that were not communicated upfront. Additionally, my room had trash under the bed, which made me question the cleanliness. I was too tired to request a new room, but it was frustrating. When my kids asked for a blanket, the receptionist gave off a bad vibe, making the experience uncomfortable. I just wanted to get through the night and leave. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: Did clean are room and no toilet paper and bedding had to go downstairs for towels bad
Disliked: Maid staff

We enjoyed the stay… easy...

Liked: Nice staff, good breakfast, nice rooms
Disliked: Couple items were not stocked properly.. ex one coffee cup, one coffee pod, empty lotion bottle.Back up blanket was odd.
