The stay was decent, but...

Liked: The staff and waterfall in the entrance.
Disliked: There was a roach I found by the kitchenette area. Very gross. Our room wasn’t cleaned on our 2nd day to my surprise. I had to call front desk for more clean towels. We needed more toilet tissue and our garbage bins were full so I had to request more bags. I had to go down and get them myself from the front desk. when we checked out on our third day I asked the front desk for the reasoning behind the non-housekeeping and I was told that only guess that stay three days or more get their rooms cleaned unless I call and ask for the room to be cleaned which I think is ridiculous.

Disliked: Pool was disappointing. Not very clean, bottom was visibly dirty. Skipped having my grandson visit and have a little fun in the middle of winter.
