Disliked: I did not like that I got charged $25.00 for a key exchange fee. I had a room booked for 3/31/25, and my traveling companion already had her own room booked for 3/30/25 for us. When i arrived at the hotel on 3/30/25. The staff member asked me if i wanted to stay in the room that my companion was in, so we wouldn't need to change rooms. The staff never mentioned any fee was needed, but she did tell me that we need to check out so she can check us in. When we went down to check out and check in under my name, I was told I have to pay a 25 dollar exchange fee. If I went to the room they originally booked for me on 3/31/25, I wouldn't have been charged 25 dollar. If I was told that upfront on 3/30/35, I would have just kept the room that was originally booked.
