A decent stay with a...

Liked: The breakfast was good, with a variety of choices. However, on weekends, there was not enough staff, and some items were missing. The restaurant's dining area was not suitable for the number of guests looking for a place to eat. There is no room service, so you have to go down to the restaurant.The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Housekeeping comes every morning.
Disliked: The main issue was the noise coming from the company located across from the hotel. For those sensitive to noise, sleeping is very difficult. They offered me other rooms on different floors, but unfortunately, the noise was everywhere. Additionally, canceling the reservation was not possible.

Tell ppl about valet charges...

Liked: I had a high floor and nice view
Disliked: Crowded WiFi didnt work so no service charged for valet without them telling me

Very good

Disliked: It has the exactly the same name than the same hotel in New York, looks more like Gotham city than NY. It took several minutes arguing with the front desk on Marriot NY and even for them was difficult to find the right address

Disliked: When we arrived at the room, the pillows were used and dirty.We contacted the staff member, Nona, and she was very helpful.There is a person in the restaurant named Alex who was excellent.Please see the photos of the view and the dirty pillows.Breakfast is the same every day.The restaurant is very small, and you must arrive early for breakfast, otherwise you won't get a seat or food.The information on the Booking website is not accurate.The hotel is very crowded, and the elevators are few and far between.The location is not good, located in the middle of garages and car mechanic services.The view is poor, with no view of the city.The noise of cars.The windows are not soundproof and windproof.
