Liked: The reception area is splendid and the desk staff is warm and friendly. I loved the little bag of bottled water and candy treats. The room was spacious with excellent temperature control and it was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was top notch and the staff were exceptional. There were many good places to eat dinner in the neighborhood.
Disliked: The coffee pot in my room was not working. The cell phone charger wasn't working for my phone. The hot water in the lobby was not hot enough to brew tea, but I was able to warm it in my room in the microwave, which worked great.

Liked: Location was excellent. The room was small but they made good use of the space
Disliked: The elevators were slow and one was out part of the stay. The rooms weren't very quiet as you could hear noise from the hall and other rooms a it.

Disliked: Very disgusting view from our window for 5 days

Disliked: Elevator was broken 2 days in a row, which left a single elevator for the whole hotel. House keeping knocks on your door and wakes you up at 8am on a Saturday

Liked: The hotel was overbooked and they cancelled my room without any communication. They told me about it when I got to the hotel at 5.30pm. This is outrageous and completely unfair. They had a room for me at a sister property which was 30 minutes away in an Uber.
