Comfortable stay with reliable staff.
Liked: Quiet neighborhood and central to a few subway stations and experiences. The staff understood the assignment (my fear of elevators) and ensured I got a lower floor and had access to the stairs. On top of that, their breakfast is one of my favorites.
Disliked: The shower tends to leak. Had trouble with this in another room on a different floor. Room service can also be a little on the slow side.

Good
Liked: Great location. We arrived in the morning, around 8 AM, and they had a room ready to check in.
Disliked: The breakfast could be more varied, with more veggies, and less of the boring continental type.

Good place to stay and...
Liked: The location is great—just a 3-minute walk to the nearest subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring.
Disliked: 1. The room lacked a wardrobe, offering only a few hangers, which made organizing clothes a bit inconvenient. 2. While the breakfast was decent, there’s definitely room for improvement. 3. The elevators were extremely slow, with wait times often exceeding 5 minutes.

Poor service from the breakfast...
Disliked: It seems to me that the hotel service leaves much to be desired for the price you pay, in my case $300 a night. My worst experience was at breakfast: it was not possible to order simple fried eggs and there was no bacon either.Besides, you have to eat on paper plates and with plastic cutlery as if you were camping.Worst of all, when I finished breakfast, I got an important call and got up to talk and one of the two employees who were in theory giving service (in practice, watching TV) came running towards me shouting and interrupting my conversation to tell me that I HAD TO LEAVE THE TABLE PICKED UP!!!!I have traveled a lot, both in expensive and cheap hotels and I have NEVER had to pick up my own table and especially while the employees are watching TV with their arms crossed. The two breakfast staff have made my experience a bad one. The reception was correct at all times.I will not repeat I will not recommend this hotel ever
