Liked: The location was awesome. Very walkable and close to subway stations. The breakfast was decent and the staff was super friendly!
Disliked: Had to ask questions about everything. Wasn't many brochures about attractions in the area.

Disliked: I tried to pay upfront but got no response from the hotel. Then tried to confirm our booking and got no response from the hotel. We then phoned the hotel and left a message with the general manager requesting confirmation a week prior to our booking. The manager replied via email only to say that i needed to send details for another credit card or our booking would be cancelled.

Lovely clean hotel, well situated...

Liked: Well located hotel to make the most of New York City. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff
Disliked: The breakfast area was small and soon filled up with people. Difficult to get a table at times.
