Disliked: I tried to pay upfront but got no response from the hotel. Then tried to confirm our booking and got no response from the hotel. We then phoned the hotel and left a message with the general manager requesting confirmation a week prior to our booking. The manager replied via email only to say that i needed to send details for another credit card or our booking would be cancelled.

Liked: Well located hotel to make the most of New York City. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff
Disliked: The breakfast area was small and soon filled up with people. Difficult to get a table at times.

Convenient location, but tired &...

Liked: Location was pretty convenient.
Disliked: Very tired. Towels were very thin and no longer white. Furniture in rooms was also tired and worn - including lamp being held together with sticky tape. Outside was covered in scaffolding. Breakfast was chaos - crowded, disposable plates/cutlery - pretty ordinary. Wouldn’t stay again and it was very expensive - $600 per night (note we stayed over NYE).

Location is nice but neither...

Liked: The room was ok but they gave us room with non functional gadgets despite we booked for our morning arrival in morning paid for over night and used just for 2 hours
Disliked: Despite paying over night money for night n reached property checkout morning at 10 am requested for 30-60 min extension on check out was also denied

Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Not much closet space. Heater was a little loud when it came on.
