Liked: Great hospitality and staff, as well as location. A bit of a pain with simple things like calling elevators due to amount of people staying.

Disliked: Plastic cups for tea, water and coffee at the breakfast. There were always just a few glasses and ceramic mugs and they were gone in a minute.

Really nice location but hotel...

Liked: The location was excellent, breakfast was good, modern vibes and cleaning was great too. Staff the team at breakfast and Ashton at reception really nice. Good also to storage luggage after check out at no cost.
Disliked: The room we were originally given was noisy (with the ice machine) we asked for a room and changed and we had it, although the new room was 100% quiet either, as the aircon / and air conducts noise were 24h making sleep difficult. One day they also forgot to clean our room (not major issue but didn't give us anything complementary to compensante the lack of service we paid and didn't get). Didn't like the lack of any wardrobe or storage in the room apart from a tiny one (we spent 10 days and having the clothes on the luggage constantly open it, puting on bed is not very pleasant). Some of the staff at reception not nice indeed a bit rude.
