Overall, very happy with our...

Liked: Fab view from city view room on 35th floor. Beds were comfortable and fridge was nice to have. Location was convenient to most tourist attractions and shopping. Breakfast was acceptable and staff worked hard to assign tables and replenish the foods.
Disliked: Shower water was quite slow to heat up and I don't like fixed shower heads, I prefer removable ones. Sliding door to bathroom provides limited privacy. Clothes and suitcase storage very limited - but that holds for most budget hotels in Manhattan.

Crowded and stressful but nice...

Liked: Room views are amazing and the quality of the room furniture and goods is nice. Location also plays a great role.
Disliked: Too many floors, too many people, breakfast is absurdly crowded. Staff is over stressed but you cant blame them, the hotel is extremely crowded.

Liked: Great location. Clean, comfortable and good value. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast helpful yourself is a bit disorganized.

Disappointed by many small, simple...

Liked: The location, the rooms were clean
Disliked: The bed was smaller than advertised (not a king in our king room), the toilet was clogged when we arrived in the room, the fire alarm light was flashing frequently all the time (though no noise), and the sheets didn’t even fit on the smaller bed and continued to roll up and off the corners!
