Liked: The location, the breakfast, the cleaning…
Disliked: On the day of departure, I noticed that the TSA lock on my suitcase was broken. I’m sure I arrived 9 days earlier with the lock intact. In fact, I had to enter the code to open it upon arrival. I reported it to the reception on the day of departure, but aside from apologies, they seemed indifferent. Nothing was stolen because I had stored money and documents in the safe. Use the safe and check your suitcases every day.

Liked: Small but functional room, nicely furnished. Well located hotel to Madison Square Garden. Breakfast was average for these type hotels. Staff was very accomodating
Disliked: Size of room very modest.

Liked: Excellent place, very welcoming and everyone was exceptional, the room service was punctual and perfect. Would definitely recommend! Special mention to Walter who was fantastic, good vibes and and very helpful!

Liked: I had a room on the 28th floor and the view was stunning! The hotel is very centrally located and perfect for any excursion! The room was very comfortable for 2 people. Can't complaint :)

Great location and clean hotel...

Liked: The location was central, close to Penn Station. The hotel was clean and it had breakfast included, which had more selections than I expected.
Disliked: The room was very small, air was dry which made me cough all night. It was overpriced for such a small room.
